DREAMERS NEED YOUR HELP!

Advance Parole Application Fund Drive

Given the great success of our recent advocacy efforts to restore DACA’s Advance Parole in Washington, D.C., The CMSC has launched an Advance Parole Application Fund Drive for DACA recipients that have urgent reasons to apply for humanitarian Advance Parole, to tend to loved ones suffering from serious illness but cannot afford to pay the $575 application fee. We have received a tremendous response to our DACA’s Advance Parole application campaign, with more than 45 applications received since the start of the campaign a week ago. In fact, the CMSC has already provided staff assistance to prepare and file 5 Advance Parole applications for humanitarian and educational reasons.

Consequently, we are raising funds to allow Dreamers to apply for Advance Parole, although the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) is currently denying this benefit, to pressure them and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to follow the court orders that reinstated DACA and to increase the awareness of Congress about the humanitarian cases and real-life stories behind Dreamer’s need for Advance Parole.
